本政策適用於「老貓渣談 Old Cat's Trivia」（以下稱「本專案」）的自動化影片產製與發布系統， 包含其對 YouTube Data API 的使用。
This policy applies to the "Old Cat's Trivia" automated video production and publishing system, including its use of the YouTube Data API.

本專案使用 Google 提供的 YouTube Data API，僅用於管理「老貓渣談」自家 YouTube 頻道，包含：
- 將自動產製的影片上傳到本頻道
- 將影片加入本頻道自己的播放清單（例如分類清單、每週合輯）
- 在本頻道自己上傳的影片下方留言，標註素材／圖片來源
This project uses Google's YouTube Data API solely to manage the "Old Cat's Trivia" channel, including: uploading automatically produced videos to this channel; adding videos to this channel's own playlists (e.g. category playlists, weekly compilations); and posting comments under this channel's own videos to credit image/media sources.
我們不做的事 What we do not do
- 不存取、讀取或蒐集其他 YouTube 使用者的個人資料
- 不將透過 YouTube API 取得的任何資料出售、出租或分享給第三方
- 不在本頻道以外的地方使用透過 API 取得的憑證或資料
- 本網站不使用 Cookie、不追蹤訪客、不蒐集訪客的任何個人資料
We do not access, read, or collect personal data belonging to other YouTube users; we do not sell, rent, or share any data obtained via the YouTube API with third parties; we do not use credentials or data obtained via the API for anything outside managing this channel; and this website itself does not use cookies or track visitors.
資料儲存與安全 Data storage and security
OAuth 授權憑證（refresh token）僅儲存於本專案負責人自有、非公開的本機伺服器環境， 不會傳輸至任何第三方伺服器，也不會公開於任何程式碼儲存庫。
OAuth credentials (refresh tokens) are stored only in the project owner's own private local environment. They are never transmitted to any third-party server and are never committed to any public code repository.
資料保留與刪除 Data retention and deletion
我們僅保留維持服務運作所需的最少資料（OAuth refresh token），且僅儲存於本地環境。 如需刪除已授權的存取權限，您可隨時前往 Google 帳戶「第三方應用程式存取權」設定頁面 撤銷本應用程式的授權；撤銷後，本專案儲存的對應 refresh token 即失效，我們也會同步從本機環境刪除該憑證。 如需完全刪除本專案保存的任何資料，可直接來信聯絡方式一欄的信箱提出請求，我們會在合理時間內處理完成。
We retain only the minimum data required to operate the service (the OAuth refresh token), stored locally. You may revoke this application's access at any time via Google Account → Third-party apps & services; once revoked, the corresponding refresh token becomes invalid and we delete it from our local environment. To request deletion of any data we hold, please email the contact address below and we will process the request within a reasonable time.
Google 使用者資料政策 Google User Data Policy
本專案對 Google 使用者資料的使用，遵循 Google API Services User Data Policy，包含其中的有限使用（Limited Use）要求， 也適用 Google 隱私權政策 對透過 Google 帳戶登入所提供資料的一般規範。
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and the Google Privacy Policy also generally applies to data provided via Google Account sign-in.
